From 20 to 24 April 2026, Dr. Houssem Rezgui from INL – International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory participated in the Nanoscale and Microscale Heat Transfer IX International Conference (NMHT IX), held in Berlin, Germany.
During the conference, Dr. Rezgui delivered the presentation “Predictive Modeling of Nanoscale Thermal Transport in Silicon Using Machine-Learning Molecular Dynamics”, showcasing research activities carried out within the MAGNIFIC project.
The contribution focused on the application of machine-learning molecular dynamics to the predictive modeling of nanoscale thermal transport in silicon, providing an opportunity to share MAGNIFIC’s research with the international scientific community and discuss recent developments in nanoscale heat-transfer research.
Participation in NMHT IX offered a valuable forum for scientific exchange, discussion, and knowledge sharing with researchers and experts working in the field.
We thank the NMHT IX organizers for providing an excellent environment for scientific dialogue and congratulate Houssem Rezgui on his contribution. We look forward to the forthcoming publication arising from this work and to further developments within the MAGNIFIC project.
